Celebrating China’s National Day: Holiday Notice and Service Update from Deying

2026 National Day Holiday Schedule

In accordance with the 2026 National Day holiday schedule, Deying will observe the holiday from October 1 to October 7, 2026. Normal business operations will resume on October 8, 2026.

Some internal coordination, production-related arrangements, sample processing, and logistics updates may take longer than usual during this period. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this temporary adjustment may cause and greatly appreciate your understanding.

Buyer Inquiries Will Still Be Answered Promptly

Although our regular business operations will be adjusted during the holiday, our customer service and sales teams will continue monitoring incoming messages.

Please feel free to contact us regarding:

• New Keyboard and mouse inquiries
• OEM/ODM project requirements
• Product specifications and customization options
• Quotation requests
• Sample and order questions
• Existing project updates

Buyer inquiries and questions received during the holiday will be answered as promptly as possible. We will not leave your messages unattended until the holiday ends. If an issue requires coordination with production, engineering, quality control, or logistics teams, we will first acknowledge your request, provide the available information, and keep you informed of the next step.

Our Commitment to Reliable Communication

At Deying, reliable communication is an important part of every cooperation. Whether you are evaluating a new keyboard or mouse project, discussing customized features, or checking an existing order, our team will make every effort to provide a timely and responsible response.

We appreciate your patience if certain matters require additional processing time during the holiday. For urgent requests, please clearly mark your message as “Urgent” and include the relevant product, order, or project information so that our team can respond more efficiently.
